Periods and availability
The villa rental periods are weekly. They run from the arrival day on Sunday to the departure day on the following Sunday, with the
check-in and check-out times indicated below. Arrivals and departures on weekdays or rentals shorter than the established period are not permitted. It is possible to
rent the villa in multiple weekly periods.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in must be done between 4pm and 10pm.Check-out must be done by 10.00 am
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests, including children. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed. All guests, including minors, must be present at check-in and have a valid ID. As required by Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety, all names will be communicated to the competent authorities.
People without a valid ID will not be admitted.
Mandatory security deposit: € 300.00, which will be returned upon checkout after the property has been inspected for damage and proper waste separation.

Additional rules
To meet the needs of all our guests, we regret that we cannot accept pets, whether small or large.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to host, without the host's knowledge, any additional guests beyond the maximum number of guests allowed and
paying guests. Smoking is also prohibited inside the facility.
Separate waste collection
All guests are required to separate waste during their stay according to established municipal regulations. Full instructions will be provided, along with a calendar, bags, and bins, and assistance via WhatsApp.
Damage to the structure
The house is provided in working order and checked during check-in and check-out. The person making the reservation is responsible for any damage
to the structure or furnishings caused by other guests. Any damage or malfunction must be reported promptly.
For any disputes, the competent court is the Court of Nuoro.
